We have a negotiated room rate of $269.00 at the JW Marriott, you can take advantage of this negotiated room rate on your confirmation page after registering

Registration cancellations received by May 5, 2025 will be fully refunded. Registration cancellations received after May 6, 2025 will be refunded less a $50 (USD) processing fee. No refunds will be made after May 30, 2025. To cancel your registration please reach out to postcon@postman.com.

If you need to transfer your pass to someone else at the same company you can reach out to our registration team at postcon@postman.com.

We accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express as payment.

If you lose your badge onsite, a new badge can be printed for you and includes a $100 reprinting fee. Please note badges are non-transferable onsite.

Any attendee joining the welcome reception or after party must be 21+ years of age

Business Casual is appropriate for POST/CON 25, but also don’t be afraid to wear jeans and rock a postman t-shirt or hoodie!
